Presented in a glass ramekin ready for you to brûlée, our raspberry Creme Brûlée is simply made with egg yolks, double cream, vanilla and a little sugar, with the addition of a deliciously tangy raspberry coulis. All you will need to do is finish this dessert off by adding a little sugar and caramelising it either under the grill or using a blowtorch.
