We’ve put together our two course menu with our love for Great British cuisine. All of our produce is British and sourced locally from sustainable suppliers. We have chosen this menu with delicious seasonal produce which will impress your guests

We will guide you through the preparation and serving process, taking care of all the timings so that you can serve the dishes hot and fresh.

Beetroot Wellington:
A perfect main course for any vegetarian, our beetroot wellington features rich and earthy beetroot surrounded by mushroom duxelles and crisp puff pastry. Whilst the beetroot is roasting you’ll prepare a delicious nutty mushroom duxelles. The wellington is served with luxurious Pomme Duchesse, green beans and a rich balsamic sauce. Perfect for vegetarians and meat eaters alike!

Ginger and Blackberry Sponge Pudding:
This delicious handmade pre-made dessert is the perfect finale to this menu. This sponge pudding is packed with flavour of ginger and blackberry and served warm with our favourite single jersey cream from Longley Farm. All of our pre-made desserts are sourced from Gill’s Puddings in Market Drayton in the heart of the Shropshire Countryside.
