Never a disappointment, our rhubarb crumble is always a family favourite. Coated in the sugar (with a drop of port if you fancy) our rhubarb is baked in the oven and is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Topped with our favourite crumble recipe this dessert can be served in individual ramekins or in a big serving dish depending on who you are hosting (and how many you’re cooking for). 


Made using homegrown rhubarb, a good dosing of sugar and butter, this dessert is always a favourite in our household. We choose to coat the rhubarb in sugar, bake in the oven and then top it with a generous amount of crumble. We serve this dessert with a healthy drizzle of Longley Farm’s single cream.
