These warm and crispy croquettes are the perfect sharing starter or, if you prefer not to share, can be served individually. A mix of Gouda, strong Cheddar and Stilton wrapped in Panko breadcrumbs are lightly fried just before serving and can be dunked (or drizzled) with Granny Evelyn's homemade crab apple jelly.

 
DESCRIPTION

These croquettes are made using a mix of milk, eggs and grated Gouda, strong Cheddar and crumbled Stilton which is set in the fridge for at least 3 hours (although we would recommend leaving it overnight) and then coated in Panko breadcrumbs and lightly fried just before serving – Jess' Granny makes the most delcious crab apple jelly and this is the perfect accompainment to this dish.
