Our Asian inspired menu is a true taste sensation. All of our produce is British and sourced locally from sustainable suppliers. We have chosen this menu with delicious fresh produce to create the perfect dinner party menu.

For those of you wanting a dessert, you will serve up our sensational Passion Fruit and Lime Posset. The most refreshing end to this flavoursome meal.

Prawn Pakora and Sweetcorn Fritters:
Our prawn pakora and sweetcorn fritters are the perfect pair to kick off an Asian inspired dinner party. The sweet king prawns are coated with a batter flavoured with our spice mix and a hint of green chillies adding heat and earthy flavour. The pakoras are fried until crisp, puffy and golden. The sweetcorn fritters are light and sweet and flavoured with chillies for a subtle hint of heat. The prawn pakoras can be prepared in their batter but are best cooked and served fresh when your guests arrive, the fritters however can be made and cooked well in advance of your guests arriving and only require to be warmed through in the oven. You will also make a hot, tangy and sweet sauce to accompany both of these starters to create a taste sensation.

Lamb Shank Curry:
Our lamb shank curry is a rich and indulgent Indian spiced curry that will impress your guests and has become a household favourite for Scott and Jess. Our succulent Shropshire lamb shanks battle with the decadent curry sauce to steal the show in this dish. The lamb is cooked low and slow in the fragrant sauce until tender and falling off the bone. Served with a fragrant basmati rice coloured with saffron this is a show stopping meal – and once you’ve cooked your rice this way – there’s no going back.

Sweetcorn Fritters & Prawn Pakoras : 50 mins
Lamb Shank Curry: 3.25 - 4 hours*

*The Lamb Shank Curry takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare and 2 hours to cook. Once cooked, the sauce needs to reduce for approximately 45-90 minutes. We recommend cooking this curry in the morning, thus giving you plenty of time ahead of your guests arriving. The good news is that most of the work for this dish is done at this point.
