Beef Short Rib:
Our beef short rib is a truly delicious dish that will impress your guests. You will braise the beef in a rich flavourful liquor, which is our favourite way to cook this cut of meat to really enhance the deep flavour. Whilst the beef is slowly cooking, you will prepare our nutty and delicate Pomme Duchesse and carrot puree. Once the beef is cooked, you will use the braising liquor to create a decadently flavoured beef gravy which finishes off the dish.
Although the cooking of the beef is a long process, this will allow you to prepare all of the other elements which mean it’s just a case of pulling it all together when your guests arrive.
