The fragrant spicy notes of our vegetable Thai green curry will transport you straight to Thailand. Firstly, you’ll make an aromatic paste, before cooking your tofu and vegetables. We share with you how to cook the most delicious jasmine rice, a method you’ll want to use time and again. This zesty, flavourful curry is a real crowd pleaser and one you can come back to time and again. While some of this dish can be prepared ahead of time, most of the cooking is done just before serving, but the good news is – it’s only going to take you 20 minutes and two pans!
