Roasted Fillet of Beef - Main
Our roasted UK ex-dairy fillet of beef is a truly impressive dish to serve to your guests. The sumptuous fillet of beef will be seared in a pan and roasted in the oven to your desired finish, we recommend medium rare. Whilst the fillet is cooking you’ll top your field mushroom with the rich Shropshire wild boar pate and roast on the oven. To serve, the spinach will be sautéed with garlic and chestnuts before being topped with the mushroom, sliced fillet and crunchy parsnip crisps. Simply heat the Truefoods beef gravy for a delicious sauce to accompany this show stopping meal.

Our UK ex-dairy meat comes from cows that are at least 7 years old who have been put out to pasture after their milking career, 5 years older than the average slaughter age. This is a sustainable farming practise that not only allows the animals to have a more fulfilled life but also provides a much higher quality meat.
