Our succulent farmhouse sausages are made using the shoulder, the belly and little bit of extra fat from our Shropshire reared pigs. The quality of the meat speaks for itself. Our Merguez sausages are made using high quality lamb, beef and pork, combined with our Moroccan spice mix. Whilst our burgers are made from our premium minced beef. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion, they are the perfect addition to any BBQ this summer. Juicy, with a deep beef flavour from older cow trim and great texture, these burgers won't disappoint. Our thick cut rare bred Shropshire pork chops are the perfect meat for your BBQ this summer. These pigs are reared free range and are lovingly looked after by our wonderful supplier Mel who takes huge pride in the care of his animals. Finally, our delicious UK ex-dairy steaks offer beautiful marbling and deep flavouring.
