All of the ingredients within the Spring menu are sourced from hand picked suppliers who are local to us here in Shropshire. We provide you with high quality ingredients alongside detailed preparation and cooking instructions so that you can host a perfect dinner party and impress your guests with the provenance of the food, newly learnt cooking skills, and of course the irresistible food.
Our two-course menu gives you a choice of a starter and a main course, or for those with a sweet tooth, a main course and a dessert.
