Lunar New Year Hosting Box (for two)

The Lunar New Year Hosting Box is a centre-of-the-table kind of meal — generous, celebratory, and designed to be cooked with family or friends as you welcome the New Year. Inspired by Hong Kong flavours and Southern Chinese banquet cooking, this box brings together long noodles for longevity, slow-braised pork for prosperity, dumplings for togetherness, and a deeply aromatic chilli oil to tie it all together.

Red-Braised Pork Belly (Hong Shao Rou)
A celebratory classic: pork belly slowly simmered with Shaoxing wine, soy sauces, ginger and warm spices until meltingly tender. Rich, glossy, and deeply comforting, perfect spooned over hot rice and finished with chilli oil.

Cantonese Scallop & Chorizo Fried Rice
A Hong Kong–style hybrid dish that reflects the city’s evolving cuisine. Sweet seared scallops meet smoky Spanish chorizo, folded through fragrant rice for a dish that’s fast, indulgent, and deeply satisfying.

Pork & Cabbage Dumplings
Plump potstickers filled with juicy pork, napa cabbage, ginger and garlic. Designed for group cooking — wrap together, cook together, eat together — with a crisp lacy skirt and plenty of dipping sauce.
