You’ll absolutely love our roasted halibut if you’re a fish fan. The halibut is accompanied by a light carrot sauce, crunchy Pomme Anna potatoes and buttery leeks. The halibut steaks are seared in a pan before roasting to perfection in the oven – don't worry about over cooking the fish, we’ve got you covered with all the timings!
