Main - Lamb Shank Curry

Our lamb shank curry has become a household favourite for us! This rich and indulgent Indian spiced curry can offer both a relaxed or refined option for your dinner party. Whether you're cooking it for two or for eight, this curry is packed with flavour, with the quality of the Shropshire lamb stealing the show.

The lamb is cooked low and slow and is served with fragrant saffron basmati rice. And once you cook your rice this way, you'll never go back!

All of the ingredients will be delivered in a chilled state in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.

Prep = 3.25 - 4 hours
Serve = 30 minutes
(The Lamb Shank Curry takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare and 2 hours to cook. Once cooked, the sauce needs to reduce for approximately 45-90 minutes. We recommend cooking this curry in the morning, thus giving you plenty of time ahead of your guests arriving. The good news is that most of the work for this dish is done at this point)
