This main course is perfect for any vegetarian guest, or as a lighter option. The griddled courgette and aubergine are marinated with fresh herbs before you griddle them, adding a beautiful, charred flavour that’s balanced with fresh minted pea and ricotta puree, toasted hazelnuts and a sprinkling of salty feta to finish the dish. A perfect balance of spring flavours and textures.

This main course is perfect for any vegetarian guest, or as a lighter option. The griddled courgette and aubergine is served with ricotta and pea puree, toasted hazelnuts and sprinkled with feta.

This is a simple but very pretty dish that can be prepped ahead of time meaning it will only take 15 minutes to pull together when your guests are sat round the table.

All of the ingredients will be delivered in a chilled state in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.
