Our Loup en Croute is a real favourite here at The Host’s Pantry. The deliciously delicate sea bass is surrounded by leeks, carrots, celery and spinach, before being encased in a flaky, buttery puff pastry. Served with a decadent champagne cream and fresh spring greens, this light and fresh recipe is a true showstopper dish for any occasion.

All of the elements of this dish will be prepared ahead of time which means you won't have much work to do to pull it all together when everyone is ready for their main course!

All of the ingredients will be delivered in a chilled state in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.
