Wild Boar Lasagne:
Our Wild Boar Lasagne is a level up on the classic beef lasagne. The sumptuous Wild Boar ragu is simmered gently to develop rich flavours of the meat, wine and vegetables. The ragu is layered with classic lasagne sheets and a rich bechamel sauce, to give a luxury gamey twist on a classic dish. Served with orange and balsamic dressed rocket, this dish is sure to impress.

Our boar is sourced from Josh at The Shropshire Boar Company. The boar roam the Shropshire woodlands and when they aren’t full from foraging for roots, insects and wild plants, they are fed an all-natural diet. The time and effort that goes into the rearing of these animals means that the meat is packed full of flavour, well marbled and we think it is something pretty special.
