Main - Wild Boar Lasagne

Our Wild Boar Lasagne is a level up on the classic beef lasagne. The sumptuous Wild Boar ragu is full of rich flavours of the meat, wine and vegetables. The ragu is layered with classic lasagne sheets and a rich bechamel sauce, to give a luxury gamey twist on a classic dish. Served with orange and balsamic dressed rocket.

You can choose to make these lasagnes individually or as one big dish, either serving for your guests or straight from the middle of the table, ideal if you're looking for something a little more relaxed.

Everything is prepared ahead of time meaning all you'll have to do is put the lasagne in the oven and toss the salad - a hosts dream!

Our boar is sourced from Josh at The Shropshire Boar Company. The boar roam the Shropshire woodlands and when they aren’t full from foraging for roots, insects and wild plants, they are fed an all-natural diet. The time and effort that goes into the rearing of these animals means that the meat is packed full of flavour, well marbled and we think it is something pretty special.

All of the ingredients will be delivered in a chilled state in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.

Prep = 3 hours and 45 minutes (including slow cooking time for the ragu)
