This box contains all the ingredients for you to create the following menu:

Glazed beetroot with whipped goats cheese and candied walnuts
Artichoke & sundried tomato filo pie with rainbow chantenay carrots and cavolo nero
Pre-made rhubarb and ginger sponge served with Longley Farm single cream

Included is also a timeline for each dish and a comprehensive Hosting Guide that will take you through every stage of the process ensuring you'll be as prepared as you can be ahead of your meal.

Prep time (starter and main) = 50 minutes (1 hour cooking time)
Serve time = 10 minutes (starter) 1 hour 15 minutes (main, includes cooking time) 10 minutes (dessert)
