As for dessert, we’ve given you a helping hand and you will enjoy a luxurious pre-made (and handmade) ginger and rhubarb sponge drizzled with Longley Farm cream – this dessert requires no preparation, after all you have cooked two courses from scratch, but if you’re quick enough to hide the packaging you could pass this off as your own, we won’t tell if you don’t!
