Brisbourne Free Range Goose

Brisbourne's free-range geese arrive as day-old goslings in May and mature naturally on pasture in Shropshire. They roam and graze freely, supported with home-grown Farm-Assured wheat, potatoes, and a corn ration, all without growth promoters or additives. Each night they’re brought into fresh straw bedding, with plenty of natural light and airflow.

In December, every goose is traditionally dry-plucked, waxed, and hung for 7–10 days to develop rich, succulent flavour. Finished entirely by hand, each bird comes oven-ready with vacuum-packed giblets.

Goose makes an exceptional festive centrepiece—deeply flavourful, naturally rich, and perfect in smaller portions.

For occasions beyond Christmas, simply collect before the holiday and freeze—quality and flavour remain superb.

All meat is delivered in a chilled or frozen state and can either be frozen on delivery or refrigerated and consumed within 3 days, unless stated otherwise.
