Our Fish Canapé Quartet includes fresh ingredients to create four luxurious canapés and a bottle of bubbles. It’s the perfect solution if you are hosting, or if you’re looking for a gift for your favourite foodie. This fresh food hamper offers a full food experience, and unlike your typical food hampers it won’t sit around collecting dust in the cupboard.

Along with the fresh ingredients you will also receive our detailed Hosting Guide which comprises of preparation and serving tasks so that your canapés are perfectly executed.

The Canapés:
- King scallops served with black pudding
- Hot smoked salmon, horseradish, and crème fraîche blinis
- Creamy mackerel pâté served on crostini with Granny’s redcurrant jelly
- Crab and avocado crostini

The preparation for your canapés is approx. 30 minutes.

Please note the size of champagne included for each size of hamper:
For 2 people – ½ bottle
For up to 4 people – 1 bottle
For up to 8 people – 2 bottles

Each hamper is hand wrapped in a beautiful wicker basket at our HQ in the Shropshire countryside.
