Our succulent farmhouse sausages are made using the shoulder, the belly and little bit of extra fat from our Shropshire reared pigs. The quality of the meat speaks for itself. Our Merguez sausages are made using high quality lamb, beef and pork, combined with our Moroccan spice mix. Whilst, our burgers are made from our premium minced beef. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion, they are the perfect addition to any BBQ this summer. Juicy, with a deep beef flavour from older cow trim and great texture, these burgers won't disappoint and if you're looking to stock up, they are suitable for freezing too.

All meat is delivered in a chilled or frozen state and can either be frozen on delivery or refrigerated and consumed within 3 days, unless stated otherwise.
