Salami maker extraordinaire Will, hand makes each small batch of salami using the finest and most delicious ingredients to make his magnificent salamis. All the pork used in the salami is pasture-reared, native breed Gloucester Old Spot.

Ready to eat. They are stable at ambient temperature (below 18°C), and will stay safe during transport and stored in your kitchen or larder. Once opened, refrigerate.
