This tangy yet creamy mousse has a beautifully light, refreshing texture and is served with crunchy white chocolate and pistachio shards for dunking.

These mousses are easier to make than you might think and with only a 25 minute preparation time you're not going to be in the kitchen all day in preparation of your meal. The mousse will need at least 2 hours in the fridge to set so we advise making these in the morning!

All of the ingredients to make this dish will be delivered in a chilled state in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.
