Our gruyere Gougères are baked cheesy pastry puffs which make an irresistible canapé. To make the Gougères you’ll make a traditional choux pastry and flavour with the nutty and creamy gruyere. You have the option to bake ahead of time and re-heat when your guests arrive – or bake them fresh – the choice is yours!
