Sparkling Solaris

A short secondary fermentation and minimal time on lees lends itself perfectly to the easy going nature of this Sparkling Wine. A refined fizz, with notes of green nettle & floral hints, finishing with classic green apple acidity.

Sparkling wine needs to be kept lying on its side, so that the wine is in contact with the cork. It’s best stored in a room with a consistent temperature and away from direct sunlight.
