Following a very busy period before Christmas, we've enjoyed a break and some time with loved ones. This resulted in us enjoying our favourite pastime: cooking with amazing ingredients and eating delicious food, of course!

Slow Cooking Month
January marks slow cooking month. Whilst there seems to be a national day, week and month for everything, this one makes perfect sense to us. On these cold, dark evenings a slow-cooked piece of meat or warming stew is just what we're craving.
